After a sewage backup in our home we were at a lost what to do next. Brad with SERVPRO of Madison County was extremely helpful! He made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and to guide us through the entire process start to finish. The great service didn't stop with just him. Tyrone was also so very helpful. He was training a new gentlemen during several of the visits to my home. He was very purposeful and professional even while training.
We will say until we are blue in the face just how truly thankful we are for Brad, Tyrone and everyone we have dealt with at SERVPRO of Madison County. The respect they showed us and our home was top notch. I was shocked to see people who genuinely seemed to care about our situation as much as we did, plus to care about getting our home right again. I would just like to tell you what a nice job the crew did for me this morning. They arrived as scheduled, were very polite, came in and assessed the situation, brought all of their equipment in and got everything ready to go. The fireplace looks wonderful and is ready to be painted. The firedoors actually look better now than when I moved in. The ceiling looks like its been newly painted.

I am writing to express my deep gratitude to the SERVPRO team who assisted my husband and me after the recent flood in Houston. The team arrived promptly. Within one hour, they had surveyed the damage and presented a clean-up recommendation. What struck me the most was not just their knowledge and professionalism, but also their compassion and willingness to help us through a very difficult time.
The SERVPRO team's knowledge was always evident. They were well versed in the National Flood Insurance Program polices regarding drywall removal and drying equipment. This knowledge was critical not only to dry my home properly but also to ensure I was taking steps in accordance with our flood insurance policy. Also the team worked 12-15 hour days to guarantee our home was safe and dry. They remained professional and positive throughout the process. For example, I interrupted their work many times to ask questions or point out concerns and they were always willing to stop and advise me.

When the recent flooding hit Houston at the end of May, we at first thought we had dodged a bullet - our neighbor's house had been flooded to four inches, but our rental house next door appeared to have avoided flooding by fractions of an inch.
Just to be sure, we called Robert at SERVPRO, who came right out and gave us a professional assessment. Sadly, it turned out that we had been flooded, and immediate action was required.
SERVPRO swung immediately into action. Their crew was professional, courteous and fast. They did exactly what they said they would do, and three days later, our home was dried out and ready for repairs to begin.
That would have been impressive enough had Mother Nature cooperated. Unfortunately, she decided to kick up a windstorm that knocked out all power to the house in the middle of the drying effort.
Not to be deterred, Robert and his team brought in enough generator sets to keep running the equipment, and the job stayed on schedule.
Since ours is a rental house, and the renters are anxious to move in to a dry and mold-free house, we very much appreciate SERVPRO's prompt and professional performance.

I would like to take this time to acklowledge the support and services of SERVPRO. The employees that we communicate with during our emergency times are very professional and service oriented. Recently there have been 2 occasions where we have utilized SERVPRO. When they happened, we received callbacks and full-crew response within an hour. This created calm and confidence in a time of confusion and high-anxiety.
I was very pleased with the cleaning of my couch and also the treatment used to get the electrical burn smell out of the house.
We decided to change our restaurant to a non smoking restaurant. Because of the odor associated with being a smoking establishment for so long we were concerned that it would still smell like smoke. We called SERVPRO. Not only did Bob Gaddis and his SERVPRO team get the job done quickly, our guests could not believe what a difference it made. In fact, it worked so well that we changed our other restaurant to non smoking six weeks later. We could not have done it without SERVPRO. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our guests.

In 2014 Hillwood Baptist Church had a rather nasty and extensive mold issue that needed to be cleaned and removed. We had several other parties look at the issue first, and they all told us that we had "black mold" in our ductwork and supply lines underneath the foundation slab. I called SERVPRO of South Madison County for another opinion.
SERVPRO of South Madison County recommended that we have the mold tested by an indoor hygienist to determine what type of growth we were dealing with and how harmful it may be. It turns out that we did not have "black mold" but did have several other nuisance molds due to the water issue and flooding in the ductwork over the past 30 plus years.
They sent several members of their team to the church property multiple times to gather information and to form the best plan of attack. They then provided a very detailed line by line estimate with how they planned to get rid of and clean up our mold issue.
They held an extended meeting with our whole Church leadership team to explain the estimate and cleaning strategy in detail and make sure to answer any questions we may have. SERVPRO was very respectful and considerate of our concerns and requests.
We had a good experience with SERVPRO and would use them again. I recommend them to anyone needing their help.
During the freezing weather in January of 2014, Amberley Suites Hotel experienced frozen sprinkler pipes which flooded a portion of our building. We called SERVPRO to assist in getting rid of the water and drying out our property.
SERVPRO showed up quickly and spent over a week of rotating crews to take care of our emergency. They brought their own generator since we were without power, along with a whole lot of drying equipment to get the job done. We were very pleased with the professionalism and efforts of SERVPRO's staff.

Robert Gaddis was able to pull together a very detailed information pamphlet on each of the 12 major buildings here at the Space and Rocket Center property in August of 2013. These Emergency Ready Profiles are the best product that I have seen in my 14 years here at the center. Perfect --- simple and very useful. I have for the last years been using these pamphlets to train my security supervisors and guards. Thanks Robert, you've made a difference at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
I would like to commend the services rendered by Robert Gaddis and his crew at SERVPRO of Central Huntsville. During the summer of 2014, Robert's organization did a professional job in remediating the mold in one of our Oakwood University facilities that had been festering for over a year. The crew was competent, easy to work with, and very thorough. We will not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises in the future.
On 3 different occasions, we have had an office complex to flood during inclement weather. Each time, I called SERVPRO. Their promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism, were second to none. All water was cleaned up and removed, and areas treated to deter mold. The night of the flood a call to SERVPRO saw your folks respond within an hour with teams cleaning, assessing damage, and discussing options. They arranged for added crews and large and large amounts of equipment to come to our facility. The onsite supervisors were contantly in communication with their plans and aswered questions.
