Crawlspace mold remediation

When the owner of this Brownsboro home noticed spots of mold in his crawlspace, he called SERVPRO of South Madison County.  Luckily, it was still contained to the crawlspace and had not yet spread into the main level of the home.  

After inspecting the damage and developing a mold remediation plan with the homeowner, our crew suited up and went to work.  The spots of mold on the wood may seem like a small job but our crew also had to remove over 20 large garbage bags of affected insulation.  They then cleaned and sealed the floor joists and subfloor.  After our work was complete, the homeowner had the insulation replaced.
